She also offers career coaching and life planning assistance. The approach is always positive and future oriented with a solution focused emphasis. Techniques used may include cognitive-behavioral counseling in which inner dialogue and actions are explored or a modification of hypnosis to improve mental focus or manage stress. Career coaching is educational, direct and usually brief.
