Creating A Bridge Vision
Creating A Bridge is comprised of three women with a soul connection,
of like mind, and a passion to work with people, to support each other,
combine our gifts, and mentor each other in bringing our vision to the
community. We embrace our diversity and look at it as a way to connect
spiritually - not only in our communities, but worldwide.
Our vision is to create a place for individuals to come and explore and
develop useful tools for everyday living. Take control of your life’s
journey! Learn techniques and gain tools to share and learn from each
other’s experiences. Come to understand your true self, you already have
everything within you. Learn how to tap into that knowledge.
We have created a loving and supporting environment in which to provide
our services.

Creating A Bridge is located within VAST Wellness Center, and is part of a
community of individuals practicing different modalities that resonate
with healing and supporting our mind, body, and soul.
We have several workshops planned. Healings and consultations can be
scheduled by appointment or in a group setting.

Teresa’s Bio
“My life’s message is to: ”Grow Through Learning” to connect us all by
creating a bridge to inspired living.
I have gained many tools throughout my life’s experience that has helped
me to overcome, many obstacles, transitions, blessing and successes. Each
of us has a life story to tell, each of us has a tool that has been used
to help us through life.
If there is just one tool that I can pass on, one tool that I could gain
from the people that I meet, then in my life time, I have been given the
greatest tool of all, and I am humbled and blessed to have been a
participant in your life’s journey.
That to me is what spirituality is all about, our soul-to-soul connection.
Isn’t this planet we call earth the greatest school of all? What is your
life’s purpose? What have you come here to learn and to teach?
My work is to connect people, to bring us back to the basics of who we
are. Through tools that are in my toolbox of life, and tools that are in
yours, we can connect and gain insight into who we are and what we have
come here to learn and accomplish.
Creating A Bridge is a place to explore all life’s possibilities, to take
time out for yourself, and connect with others, to walk our path together
through thought, discussion, play, and whatever else comes along to
enhance our lives. Welcome.

Tammy’s Bio
I am a Colorado Native, and love Colorado Living. I have always had an
interest in the natural healing powers of the mind and body. Especially
interested in working with the Universe and tapping into all the powers
that it has to offer. This knowledge can and will change your life, it has
certainly changed mine.
I have a Doctorate in Divinity from the University of Sedona. And am
trained in the art of Metaphysical Healings.
Kecia’s Bio
Mississippi born and bred, southern-fried from toe to head…
Born in Gulfport, Mississippi, I’ve been blessed to live throughout the
United States. I was a child of the Civil Rights movement who integrated
an elementary school in the first grade. My family’s involvement in the
activities of the 60s, has created a deep belief in equity for ALL people.
I have a bachelors degree in journalism. I’ve worked in the media as a
television reporter and producer, radio morning show crew member, and news
director. I currently am employed with the government as a Writer/Editor.
However, my true passion is allowing the Father to use me to uplift and
encourage others on this journey and to instill the notion that we are
indeed our brothers keepers. My joy comes in empowering others to take
control of their lives and live out their destiny by using positive tools
to overcome obstacles.
My path as a mentor evolved many years ago. Being blessed throughout my
life and work career with awesome mentors, I find it nearly impossible to
not pass along the notion that each one should reach one. My official
mentoring began with volunteering with Colorado Uplift as a participant in
their annual school career fairs. I’ve facilitated various workshops for
youth and social organizations, churches, and hosted mentor groups for
young women.
My life journey definitely has not been effortless - through its many
twists and turns - I know I have survived to be able to help others
realize their strength through the Father. It’s not what you go through,
but how you come through that really matters.
Join me as we walk out this journey. No one said it would be easy, but
together we can overcome! Remember, the troubles of the world are not
permanent, but God’s love is constant.
I personally believe God loves us so much, he gives us a “do over,”
most people call it tomorrow. If you didn’t get it right yesterday, you
have the opportunity to try again. How awesome is that?
We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed and
broken. We are perplexed, but we don’t give up and quit. 2 Corinthians 4:8
