Your body holds your life’s story of what you have been through. Rubenfeld Synergy is a holistic approach where you will learn how to listen to the Wisdom of your body. As a synergist, I will guide you in listening to and becoming aware of what you feel in an area of your body such as your shoulder. When you listen to your body, you become aware of what that area of your body is holding such as stress or pressure. Interestingly, it sometimes reveals a metaphor of what is happening in your life.
