My passion is helping individuals, couples, and children find their voice to help deepen intimate knowledge of themselves and create positive connections and relationships with others.
Professional Background
More than 12 years experience working with diverse populations struggling through symptoms related to complex trauma, foster care and adoption, identity issues, women’s domestic violence, rape and incest, life transitions, and grief and loss. I have worked in residential settings, domestic violence shelters, community mental health centers, elementary schools, and private practice.

Educational Background
I graduated from the University of Northern Arizona with a Master’s degree in Counseling, and received post graduate training as a Clinical Supervisor, Level II EMDR Therapist, and Play Therapist. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication with a Minor in Women’s Studies from Arizona State University.
