Trusting in the body’s wisdom and the fact that you have the answers within you; I use the power of energy therapy and talk therapy to guide you to those answers within. I have a very accepting, calming presence that creates safety for self-reflection. My influence with Eastern teachings gives me an advantage of helping you view yourself from new insights and deeper wisdoms. Transformative healing can occur by integrating that knowledge mentally, emotionally, and spiritually- which results in physical health. The physical body is like the printout, where the mental, emotional, spiritual bodies are the blueprint. Shift and transform the blueprint and you will get a new printout. I am a Reiki Master, intuitive, and empath. This means that I use the pulsing magnetic fields from my Reiki hands, the intuitive wisdom beyond my years, and empathic abilities to feel your emotional state to tune into what’s occurring in your body for healing. Reiki emits a range of healing frequencies from 0.3- 30 Hz. It’s been proven that 2 Hz creates nerve regeneration, 7 Hz for bone growth, 10 Hz for ligament repair, and 15 Hz for capillary formation. The science of Reiki, Energy Healing is well documented. Above and beyond the physical healing, my experience of watching the healing of emotional wounds, and the shifts in consciousness that lead to happiness and joy in my client’s lives the scientific reports often don’t reflect those deep emotional and spiritual healings that occur. Never underestimate the power of healing at the core mental, emotional, spiritual aspects within.
Divine White Light Healings are 3-part healings to dissolve an energy block in your body. I call on your higher self and receive guidance about the questions needed for you to delve within for your answers while sending this powerful vibration to dissolve the energy block. The combination of talk therapy and energy healing taps into the deeper levels, engages you cognitively in your healing process, and removes the energy block.
Work Experience:
I worked for 5 years at The Mountain’s Edge Fitness Center in Boulder , CO as the full time Reiki Practitioner. I have also maintained a Home Office Practice for 10 years. I teach on-going Reiki Classes over the weekends. Regular Classes are scheduled the third and fourth weekends of each month and I am always able to schedule a one-on-one Class to accommodate your schedule too. My full time office at VAST Wellness Center in Aurora, CO offering healings and soon to be teaching meditation classes.
I am an organizer of The Energy Healing and Manifesting Meetup, which meets every Monday night from 6:30-8:30 at Vast. I am also the leader of a Reiki Circle that meets at Vast on the 4 th Saturday of each month from 12-1. I am a co-organizer of The Reiki Hub which meets the 2 nd Tuesday of each month at The Metaphysical Research Society. All these meetings are open to the public, you can join as a member at Meetup.com, and search “Energy Healing and Manifesting”. I am a standing member of The International Reiki Association.
