| PART-TIME RENTAL RATES: Use of part-time space is extremely flexible at VAST Wellness Center! Rental is conducted in monthly blocks of time that allow for usage of any part time room at any available time. Scheduling may be as-needed, on a regular basis, or a combination of both. It is possible for renters to self-schedule their time if desired. All part-time leases are month-to-month. Minimum rental is $50 per month (an 8-hour block of time), with a one-time, non-refundable initial start-up fee of $25. Rent is paid monthly. Additional time may be purchased as needed during the course of any month.
